Maverick arrived today no worse for wear after his first trailer ride.  He is settling in (although the neighbors horses are not helping!) and will start work tomorrow.  I will be keeping a bit of a daily blog going here for his proud momma who already misses him! Wink

He is a sorrel about 14.3hh...as for breed...sure!!  He is pretty sweet.  He is the newest trainee in for his month.  He belongs to P and H ranch here on the forum!

Thats cool,i had a horse named Maverick about 3 years ago,only got him cause he was going for meat and i thought he was too cute to go!!He would be about5-6 now!Just thought that was cool that his name was maverick,but the girl who bought him still has him!lol

Here's Maverick...his first day on the job!  Need to get a different cinch as he's a bit slighter than the other fat bastards I've been working with lately!  He was good today although not paying a whole lot of attention to me but with all the damn horses in the neighborhood whinnying I didn't expect him to. Laughing
