| Sunny Cranbrook hill Ride!! |
So for all those who couldnt join us, thought I would put up before and after pics so that you all would be soooooooo Jealous of us riding on a beautiful fall day!
Bryan and Va before our ride
and after we got back! note there isnt people in the pic!@ because we were trying to get warm and escape the whiteout!!
One thing you cant see is the slippery trail and bridges and Our good Friend Kris landing on her head after her horse decided to jump onto the bridge and wipe out instead of riding around it like we did! (sorry no pics of that ) this is after her horse attempted another bridge and tried to turn around and fell for the first time. That is when I suggested we turn around and run like hell to the truck and trailer in the blizzard
Thank God Spirit of horses and Bailey didnt make it on this ride they may never ride with me again
so there you guys go didnt you all wish you had joined us |

My first response was going to be how you folks in Prince George seem to have all the fun, riding together etc. but then reading the posts, I changed my mind! Haa haa. |

I still would have loved to have gone out with you all, we were on a mountain 4X4 when it struck. going up was ok comming down was alittle tricky As I hide under the dash! Our dog loved it!
Hope you are ok Chris. |
| Re wipeout |
Well I missed one day of work. My boss was laughing so hard I thought he was going to drop the phone. He strongly advised I go to the doctor and get checked out. Still waiting to hear about the results from the xrays, yes I got xrays on my hip and back, even though it was my head I landed on. Poor Peppers, first I couldn't get her on the bridges then she figured they were safer then the mud. She was a little sore but after 12 hours she was fine. Me on the other hand well I don't bounce any more I go splat and stay down until I've figured out yep still alive. Hurt like hell but still alive. LOL. Bandit came over and she started to clean my face apparently I skidded over some mud. Tanya said the mud landed between Peppers neck and my face. Poor Val she may never ride with me again. Bryan said it still wasn't spectacular enough, man I hate to find out what is. |

Oh it sounds so scary I bet it happened so fast you didn't have time to be scared tho! Riding is a dangerous sport but worth it I hope you are on the mend and nothing is damaged, Please call sometime and let me know how you are doing. Thinking of you Deb
